It’s like trying to learn how to swim by watching YouTube videos. You can study the strokes, memorize the techniques, and even visualize yourself in the water…

But the second you jump in, you realize—nothing replaces real reps.

The same thing happens in network marketing.

To go from zero to leader, you don’t need another 10-hour course filled with motivational fluff. You need:

✅ Word-for-word scripts that work in real conversations
✅ Live demos of top recruiters handling objections
✅ Step-by-step playbooks for growing on social media
✅ A daily action plan that eliminates guesswork

The problem? Most people teaching this industry fall into one of two camps:

1️⃣ The “Doer” Who Can’t Teach

These are the people who’ve built successful businesses, but when they try to explain how they did it, it sounds like this:

“Just talk to more people! Be consistent! Have belief!”

Motivating? Maybe.
Actionable? Not at all.

If you’ve ever left a training feeling inspired but completely lost on what to do next, this is why.

On the flip side, some people are amazing at breaking things down, making beautiful PowerPoint slides, and explaining theory…

Would you take fitness advice from someone who’s never worked out?
Would you take business advice from someone who’s broke?

Before you follow a mentor, ask yourself:
📌 Do they have personal success in what they teach?
📌 Do they have proof of helping others get the same results?
📌 Are they still actively building, or are they just selling courses?

The right mentor isn’t just someone who talks about success. It’s someone who has real proof they can replicate it.

2️⃣ The Info You Got Was Too Generic

Most courses say things like:
🚀 “Use social media to grow your business!”
🚀 “Focus on serving, not selling!”
🚀 “Find your WHY and be consistent!”

Good advice? Sure.
But how do you actually apply it in real conversations?

If a course doesn’t give you exact scripts, step-by-step systems, and daily action plans, it’s not actionable enough to help you win.

3️⃣ You Didn’t Put in Enough Focused Work

This one stings. But it’s the most important.

Even if you have the best mentor, the best scripts, and the best strategy—if you don’t put in the reps, nothing happens.

Most people say, “I tried recruiting, but it didn’t work.”

But when you ask how many people they actually talked to, it’s… maybe 10 or 20.

The top recruiters in network marketing? They’ve had hundreds or thousands of conversations.

You wouldn’t expect to be an NBA player after shooting 20 free throws.
You wouldn’t expect to be a doctor after reading one textbook.

So why expect to be a network marketing leader after talking to 10 people?

🔥 Because doing alone gets boring. Helping others win is even better.

🔥 Because there’s a massive gap in this industry between knowing and executing.

Fix your approach.

👉 Find a real builder who can actually teach.
👉 Follow tactical, step-by-step execution.
