Most people on Facebook are casting a huge net, hoping to catch a lot of fish.

But here’s the problem…

They’re catching a bunch of tiny, low-value fish that aren’t worth much.

Instead, I use The Golden Fish Method.

Step 2: The Lead Magnet Loop (How to Make Every Post a Sales Conversation in Disguise)

Think of Facebook like this…

Most creators treat their page or group like a nightclub—packed with people, but nobody’s buying.

I run my Facebook like a high-end restaurant—fewer people, but they’re all there to spend.

And the best part?

🚀 These posts take 1/10th of the effort to create.

Because when you’re talking to the right people, you don’t need all the bells and whistles.

Here’s how to make every post a lead-generating machine:

📌 Relevancy – Make every post and video directly related to your offer.

📌 CTR Optimization – Get clicks from the RIGHT people (not just random Facebook users).
👉 Use curiosity-driven post titles like:

  • “The ONE mistake network marketers make that keeps them broke (are you doing this?)”
  • “How I got 5+ calls booked a day WITHOUT ads (the secret revealed)”

📌 The Hook Formula: Proof → Promise → Plan
Your hook is 80% of the success of your post. If it follows this order, people will stay engaged:

  • Proof: “Last week, one of my clients made an extra $10K using this simple strategy…”
  • Promise: “I’m going to show you the exact steps they followed to do it in 30 days.”
  • Plan: “I’ll break it down into 3 easy steps, so you can apply it today.”

📌 The Body Structure

  • Step 1 (XYZ strategy)
  • Story (Personal example or client case study)
  • Strategy (The method)
  • Tactics (How to apply it)
  • Proof (Real-world results)

💡 Why is this important?

Most people chase engagement, but this 4-step system targets BUYERS.

👉 One “boring” post can generate more high-quality leads than 100 viral posts.

Step 3: The Trust Triangle (Turn Leads into Booked Calls)

Getting clicks and comments is one thing.

Getting someone to TRUST YOU ENOUGH to book a call is where the real money is.

🔥 That’s where the Trust Triangle comes in.

3-Step Trust Triangle:

1️⃣ Teach (Prove You’re an Expert)
✔️ Drop bite-sized, actionable advice.
✔️ Example: “Struggling to recruit new people? Here’s how I added 30 people to my team last month—without cold messaging.”

2️⃣ Relate (Show You Understand Their Pain)
✔️ Share a quick personal or client story.

✔️ Back it up with real results.

📌 2. Middle (Casual CTA Drop-In)
🎯 Mention your offer naturally during the post.

📌 3. Close (Create Urgency)
🎯 Finish with a no-brainer push.
