  1. Set a financial goal. How much of your business income is slipping through your fingers? Set a clear % to reduce waste.
  2. If you’re running paid ads, subscriptions, or coaching programs, analyze every dollar.
  3. If you’re still working a 9-to-5 and growing your business on the side, this is even more critical. A lean business is a profitable business.

Step 2: Review Your P&L (Yes, Even in Network Marketing!)

Most network marketers don’t even know their numbers.

They focus ONLY on revenue but never track their costs.

📌 If it’s just you, review every single cost yourself.

Step 4: Kill the “Living Dead” (Zombie Projects That Drain You)

  1. Are you running a free Facebook group that’s draining your energy but not making sales? Shut it down or revamp it.
  2. Are you spending time on content formats that don’t drive leads? Double down on what’s working.

Step 5: Optimize Your Contractors (Or Go In-House)

We negotiated better deals, brought tasks in-house, and cut low-performing freelancers.

🔥 Are you still manually sending DMs when you could automate follow-ups?

Step 8: Make It a Game (And Get Buy-In from Your Team)

🔥 Make efficiency fun. If you have a team, offer incentives for smart cost-saving ideas.
