Most people instantly get thrown into the sales folder because they send generic messages like:

❌ “Hey [First Name], I help people just like you make more money online.”
❌ “Hey, I saw your profile and wanted to connect.”
❌ “Would you be open to a quick call?”

BORING. GENERIC. IGNORED.

🔥 How to fix it:

Instead of sounding like every other salesperson, send a hyper-personalized message that’s so unique to them, they can’t ignore it.

💡 Example:

  • “Hey Sarah, I saw your post about struggling with DM conversions. I’ve helped 27 people fix that exact problem—mind if I share one tweak that might help?”

Why this works:
✅ It’s about THEM (not you).
✅ It shows you actually read their content.
✅ It creates curiosity (they WANT the tweak).

Boom. You’re in the friend folder.

#2: Make Them Feel Like an Insider

Humans crave being part of the “in crowd.”

When you make someone feel like they’re on the inside, their brain automatically trusts you more.

🔥 How to do it:

Instead of just giving generic advice, frame it like a secret hack you JUST discovered.

💡 Example:

  • “I haven’t shared this anywhere yet, but we just tested a LinkedIn script that’s 3X’ing response rates. Want to see it?”

Why this works:
✅ It makes them feel like you’re letting them in on something exclusive.
✅ It triggers FOMO (fear of missing out).
✅ It builds instant trust and credibility.

When people feel like they’re in your inner circle, they’re way more likely to engage.

#3: Use a Deep Personal Story as a Memory Anchor

Most people send dry, robotic messages that get deleted instantly.

But what if you could make people remember you weeks later—even if they don’t respond right away?

Share a deep personal story that creates an emotional connection.

💡 Example:
