Most people spend months (or years) struggling to land deals. They’re overcomplicating sales, hiding behind content, or trying to “build a brand” instead of making actual cash.

I get it. I did the same thing.

For six months, I made $0 on LinkedIn.

Step 1: Identify and DM Your ICP

(ICP = Ideal Client Profile)

Most people try to sell to everyone and end up selling to no one.

That’s why the first move is to target the right people.

Who do I DM?

  • People who view my profile

  • People who opt-in to my lead magnet

Then I drop this message:

“Hey [NAME], thanks for [insert what they did]. Noticed [insert an observation about their profile]. Curious—what inspired you to post on LinkedIn?”

It’s personal. It’s conversational.
And 90% of people accept my connection request.

Most network marketers just spam people with opportunity pitches. Instead, start conversations. Your goal isn’t to sell—it’s to open a door.

Step 2: Qualify Like a Pro (BANT Framework)

Most marketers waste time talking to broke, uninterested people.

Not me. I use BANT to qualify FAST:

  • Budget → How many clients do you have?
  • Authority → Are you the decision-maker?
  • Need → Why do you need this NOW?
  • Timeline → What’s your next 6 weeks look like?

This chat can last 10 minutes or 18 months.
I don’t rush people. I let them close themselves.

Network marketers chase everyone. We filter fast. If someone isn’t a fit, move on. Energy is currency—spend it wisely.

Step 3: Move the Conversation to WhatsApp

LinkedIn DMs are a nightmare.

So I transition to WhatsApp ASAP:

“Hey [NAME], it sounds like I might be able to help. Is it cool if we move this chat to WhatsApp? My LinkedIn DMs are a mess. No idea if you have the same problem.”

Now, we’re in a faster, more casual conversation space.

🔥 Guerilla Marketing Tip:
WhatsApp = Trust. People text friends and family on WhatsApp. When you move the convo, you automatically shift from “random marketer” to “trusted expert.”

Step 4: Lock in the “Chat” (Pre-Frame the Close)

After chatting a bit, I invite them to a conversation:

“Hey [NAME], free to chat tomorrow at [TIME] to see if I might be able to help? I’ll send you a short video before so you know if this makes sense for you.”

🚀 The video acts as a pre-frame. It filters out the “just curious” crowd.
🚀 I also send them a form so I get key details in advance.

Most marketers wait too long to book calls. We move fast. The sooner they talk, the sooner they close.

Step 5: Analyze & Personalize with AI

Before I hop on the call, I run their chat through AI to:

  • Identify their personality type (how they like to be sold)
  • Find what matters most to them (I focus only on that)
  • Decide the best steps to move them forward (only if it’s a fit)

This lets me tailor every sales convo to exactly what THEY need.

Most network marketers use scripted pitches. We use personalized solutions. That’s why we close higher.

Step 6: The Offer (Without the Sleaze)

On the call, I set expectations up front:

“If we both think this might be a good fit, I’ll make you an offer on the chat so you can start today. Cool with you?”

If they’re a fit, I make the offer.
If not? I don’t force it.

Most network marketers beg for sign-ups. We qualify, present, and let THEM decide. No pressure. Just clarity.
