Most people fail in this business because they team up with the wrong people.

🚨 They recruit the lazy.
🚨 They attract the unsure.
🚨 They bring in people who need to be “motivated” every single day.

Bad idea.

If you want to build a powerhouse network marketing team, you need killers.

You need self-starters who don’t need hand-holding.
You need obsessives who are in this to win.

Here are the most important traits I look for in the people I build with 👇

1. Natural Taste for Opportunity

Some people just see things before others do.

They can spot a good offer, a solid business model, a massive trend before the crowd catches on.

These are the people you want on your team.

💡 Example:
Ever notice how some network marketers jump in early and absolutely crush it while others hesitate, overthink, and miss the wave?

That’s taste.

Some people have a natural radar for what’s going to work. They move fast. They take action.

I’d rather work with one person with taste than ten people who need me to explain why something is a good idea.

2. Max Agency – They Own Their Success

🔥 No excuses.
🔥 No waiting on permission.
🔥 No crying about why things aren’t working.

People with agency take control.

They don’t say, “I can’t recruit because the comp plan changed.”
They say, “I’ll adjust and figure out a better way.”

💡 Example:
Some network marketers blame the company, the market, or their upline when things get tough.

Others adapt, pivot, and still win.

I team up with the second type.

3. The Obsession Gene

The best people in this industry? They’re obsessed.

They don’t just “work on their business.”
They live and breathe it.

💡 Example:
Some people check their back office once a week.
Others are refreshing that leaderboard daily, figuring out how to climb.

Guess who’s going to win?

Network marketing rewards obsession.
If you’re just “kinda interested,” you’ve already lost.

4. Default Savage by Nature

This one’s important.

Most people play it safe.

They hesitate. They overthink. They wait for things to be “perfect.”

Savages just do the damn thing.

💡 Example:
Two people start network marketing at the same time.

🚫 Person A: Watches 50 training videos, buys a new planner, waits until they “feel ready.”
✅ Person B: Starts messaging prospects that same day.

Who do you think is going to win?

I build with Person B.

They don’t wait.
They don’t hesitate.
They just go.

5. Zero Fear

Most people let fear ruin their success.

They’re scared to post online.
They’re scared to message people.
They’re scared of rejection.

I build with people who have no fear.

Ever see someone go all in on their brand, post daily, go live, and dominate social media?

That’s zero fear.

If you’re too scared to be seen, you’ll never win.

6. The Relentless Itch to Build

Some people need to be motivated to take action.

Others? They can’t not build.

They wake up thinking about how to grow, how to scale, how to take things next level.

Some people treat network marketing like a side hobby.
Others treat it like their empire.

Who do you think is making the real money?

The people who treat this like a billion-dollar business… because it can be.

7. Wouldn’t Bet Against Them

You ever meet someone and just know they’re going to win?

Like… they have the energy, the mindset, the drive to figure it out no matter what?

That’s who I team up with.

I’ve seen people with zero experience come into network marketing and crush it just because they refused to fail.

It wasn’t about background, skills, or talent.
It was about relentless execution.

Find killers.

They:

✅ Obsess over success.
✅ Play the game like savages.
✅ Have zero fear.
✅ Build like their life depends on it.
✅ Are people you’d never bet against.
